Spark-Dating Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

Spark-Dating guarantees that you will meet someone you would like to see again at our arranged speed dating events. Should you be unsuccessful in meeting someone you wish to see again, you will be offered the opportunity to come to another event free of charge. Tickets will be provided for the event of your choice.

The Spark guarantee offers free tickets to events you have not already booked for. We will not refund tickets already booked for future events under the guarantee. If you tick anyone you have met at a Spark-Dating event you have indicated that you would like to see someone again and therefore do not qualify for a free ticket to a future event. The guarantee is also limited to one free ticket per paid for ticket.

To qualify for a free ticket under the guarantee you must take part in the whole event. If you leave early or choose not to take part you do not qualify.

The Spark-Dating guarantee does not apply to special bigger ticket events such as the Valentine or Christmas Special Events.

We are able to offer refunds for any pre-purchased tickets if informed more than 4 days before the event. We are willing to offer a free ticket for an event of your choice, excluding special events, at the managements' discretion or in line with our guarantee and terms and conditions.

Spark-Dating aims to offer around 15 dates at each event but is unable to guarantee this quantity. We do, however, guarantee a minimum of five dates. Should you attend a standard Speed dating event (excluding special bigger ticket events such as Valentine Special) and receive less than 5 dates you will be entitled to a free ticket to a future event.

When you book an event with us, you must supply a daytime telephone number or mobile phone number. In the event that we are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will NOT take any responsibility for people who arrive at an event unless they have supplied telephone contact details.

By booking a Spark-Dating Speed Dating event you are registering your acceptance of the Spark-Dating Terms & Conditions which can be found on our website and also copies will be available at each event for your reference. By purchasing a ticket and ticking the content box at the base of you scorecard, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms & conditions.

Spark-Dating may send written or verbal communications via telephone, text message and email. Your acceptance of these terms and conditions permits Spark-Dating to communicate via any of these communication methods only to contact details you have provided. These communications will never be from any third parties without prior consent or your opting-in and will never incur premium costs. Spark-Dating reserves the right to invite media to attend events.

As a registered participant of a Spark-Dating event you understand that Spark-Dating offers an opportunity for meeting new people but Spark-Dating does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. Spark-Dating also does not guarantee that any successful match between two participants at one of our events will lead to a successful date subsequently.

Should any individual have any questions or reservations regarding any event, they are requested to contact us immediately via the contact us information page on the website.

Spark respects and understands the importance of your privacy and will never slle, share or otherwise transfer your personal information to any 3rd party without your express permission. All details are kept on the Spark Database. When registering for a spark event, your information is collected and will only be used to advise you of forthcoming spark events and for correspondence relating to any events for which you have booked. If you register with Spark or partake in any event, your information is added to our mailing list.
